Payments, Refunds & Insurance:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING
Cancellation
We reserve the right to alter or cancel any of our spiritual tours. If we (Travel Well UK) have to to cancel a trip, we will refund your deposit and payment fully. If the tour is cancelled due to the Government in the country in which the tour is to take place prohibiting travel as listed in the tour description and itinerary your deposit can either be held for a future Travel Well UK spiritual holiday or refunded. We strongly advise you to take out trip cancellation insurance to cover refund of airfare in such a case as this is not our liability. Travel Well UK will not be held responsible for any cancellation do to Government travel restrictions made by your home country.
Once we received your deposit payment and booking form, we will send you an email confirming your place on the spiritual holiday. You are required to pay the full outstanding balance latest 2 months before the spiritual holiday takes place.
If you cancel your booking after payment of the balance, but no later than twenty-two days prior to the start date of the holiday, we will refund 50% of the tour price unless you find a replacement for your place, in which case we will refund your balance payment but your deposit will be forfeited. No refunds will be paid if your booking is cancelled later than twenty-one days prior to the start date of the holiday or retreat.
Insurance
Each group or individual is responsible for all insurances and international travel arrangements. Due to the 2020 Covid-19 Pandemic, Travel Well UK recommends that you enrol in personal accident, baggage and ‘trip cancellation’ insurance policies. There are different providers available for you.

Make sure you choose the right country of origin and the UK for holiday destination.
Baggage and personal items are your sole responsibility. Travel Well UK will not at any time be held liable for any expenses incurred by a positive test to Covid or other health issues or injury caused by an accident. Baggage and personal items are your sole responsibility.
Health and Ability
We aim that all of our spiritual experiences and retreats are suitable for everyone. However, some of our trips may require some walking, and therefore a certain amount of fitness. If you are unsure about your physically fitness, have an emotional or other disability, please speak to us before signing up for the tour, in order to determine if it is right for you.
If you test positive for Covid during a tour you’ll be required to self-isolate and will not be able to take further part in the tour. You will be responsible for any costs incurred for medical expenses, changes in accommodation, land transportation and any change in return flights.
Responsibilities
Travel Well UK or its agents accept no responsibility for losses or expenses due to delay or change in schedules, hotel booking, defaults, sickness, quarantine, emergency, weather, strikes, war, or other causes. All such losses are the sole responsibility of the participants. We reserve the right to not accept or retain as a participant any person whose acts or conduct are judged to be detrimental or in conflict with the safety, interest, comfort, harmony or well-being of the group as a whole. In such a rare instance no refund will be possible.
Photography and Film: Travel Well UK may take pictures and video without further approval, and such photos and recordings may be used for professional, commercial, and promotional purposes.
Your payment, in the form of deposit, or partial or full, shall constitute consent to all terms contained here.
All of our organized events or retreats can hold their individual cancellation policy which will be handed out to you with each separate booking form. By booking onto one of our events you comply and accept our terms and conditions as well as the cancellation policy.
If you are travelling from abroad to the UK(flight/car/ferry etc.) we recommend and urge you to have a separate and individual travel insurance in place in case of an emergency. Make sure you hold the correct travel documents (passport) to enter and stay in the UK. Travelwell UK does not provide any help with travel documents nor do we take responsibility for the validity of your documents.
