When do I need to pay?
All spiritual travels are priced in UK Pounds Sterling (but we also accept payments in Euro/Swiss Franc). The non-refundable deposit for all tours is £500 per person unless stated otherwise. The balance is required latest 60 days (2 months) before the start of the spiritual travel experience or retreat. (we will remind you).
How do I book?
You can either message us via Whats app or you can go to the contact us and request a booking form for the spiritual holiday you are interested in.
On the booking form you can state your preference for a shared room or a single room, dietary requirements and any special needs. If you request shared accommodation but are travelling alone we will do our best to room you with another single member of the tour group of the same sex. If we are unable to do this you will be responsible for paying the additional single occupancy supplement stated on the booking form. Once you filled out the form, please send it back to us and send the £500 deposit (non refundable) to secure your place.
Once you have booked you will receive immediate confirmation of payment and soon after we’ll send you a welcome email including a copy of our Terms & Conditions, a Detailed Itinerary & Travel Tips documents that will be attached to the email.
When do I need to book my flight?
DO NOT BOOK A FLIGHT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION THAT THE SPIRITUAL HOLIDAY IS A GO.
IMPORTANT NOTE! Due to limited luggage space on our minibuses you MUST restrict your luggage to no more than one flight allowed suitcase and small carry-on suitcase. You may want to pack a small day-pack for our daily excursions.
When do I need to pay the rest of my travels?
Balance of payment is due 60 days (2 months) prior to the start date of the tour. We will invoice you 14 days before the balance is due giving you the options of paying the final balance, including the single room supplement if appropriate, via bank wise transfer, in Great British Pounds, Euro or Swiss Franc (a small currency charge of 0.3% applies).
Can I stay some extra days before or/and after?
If you wish to arrive before the first day of any spiritual travel tour or to stay on after the holiday finishes please let us know and we will try to assist you with your travel and accommodation arrangements.
Airport Pick ups
Each of our Spiritual Holidays will be starting near an Airport in the UK. Pick and drop off at the airport is included in your travel price unless you are staying longer or arriving earlier. In this case you will need to arrange your own transport from and to the airport as appropriate at your own costs.
Do I need a Travel Insurance?
Yes, we suggest that you take your own travel in insurance as each group or individual is responsible for all insurances and international travel arrangements.
Travel Well UK strongly recommends that you enrol in personal medical, accident, baggage and trip cancellation for any reason insurance policies. Baggage and personal items are your sole responsibility.

Accommodation and Meals:
All of our accommodation are of high standard in service, hospitality and facilities with rooms will have private en-suite bathrooms, unless stated otherwise. All breakfasts are included, some lunchs or evening meals see for each spiritual holiday. Price is based on two people sharing a room. A limited number of single rooms are available at extra cost – this varies by tour.

Cancellation
We reserve the right to alter or cancel any of our spiritual tours. If we (Travel Well UK) have to to cancel a trip, we will refund your deposit and payment fully. If the tour is cancelled due to the Government in the country in which the tour is to take place prohibiting travel as listed in the tour description and itinerary your deposit can either be held for a future Travel Well UK spiritual holiday or refunded. We strongly advise you to take out trip cancellation insurance to cover refund of airfare in such a case as this is not our liability. Travel Well UK will not be held responsible for any cancellation do to Government travel restrictions made by your home country.
Once we received your deposit payment and booking form, we will send you an email confirming your place on the spiritual holiday. You are required to pay the full outstanding balance latest 2 months before the spiritual holiday takes place.
If you cancel your booking after payment of the balance, but no later than twenty-two days prior to the start date of the holiday, we will refund 50% of the tour price unless you find a replacement for your place, in which case we will refund your balance payment but your deposit will be forfeited. No refunds will be paid if your booking is cancelled later than twenty-one days prior to the start date of the holiday or retreat.
Insurance
Each group or individual is responsible for all insurances and international travel arrangements. Due to the 2020 Covid-19 Pandemic, Travel Well UK strongly recommends that you enrol in personal accident, baggage and ‘trip cancellation’ insurance policies.
Baggage and personal items are your sole responsibility. Travel Well UK will not at any time be held liable for any expenses incurred by a positive test to Covid or other health issues or injury caused by an accident. Baggage and personal items are your sole responsibility.
Health and Ability
We aim that all of our spiritual experiences and retreats are suitable for everyone. However, some of our trips may require some walking, and therefore a certain amount of fitness. If you are unsure about your physically fitness, have an emotional or other disability, please speak to us before signing up for the tour, in order to determine if it is right for you.
If you test positive for Covid during a tour you’ll be required to self-isolate and will not be able to take further part in the tour. You will be responsible for any costs incurred for medical expenses, changes in accommodation, land transportation and any change in return flights.
Responsibilities
Travel Well UK or its agents accept no responsibility for losses or expenses due to delay or change in schedules, hotel booking, defaults, sickness, quarantine, emergency, weather, strikes, war, or other causes. All such losses are the sole responsibility of the participants. We reserve the right to not accept or retain as a participant any person whose acts or conduct are judged to be detrimental or in conflict with the safety, interest, comfort, harmony or well-being of the group as a whole. In such a rare instance no refund will be possible.
Photography and Film: Travel Well UK may take pictures and video without further approval, and such photos and recordings may be used for professional, commercial, and promotional purposes.
Your payment, in the form of deposit, or partial or full, shall constitute consent to all terms contained here.
